Safe — no visual nudity or sex

Sex & Nudity Content

Visual content only. References, dialogue, and jokes don't count.

  • About 3 kissing scenes.
  • George Mcfly spies on Lorriane in her underwear.
  • Although very subtle you can see the words XXX on a theatre movie list in the first couple minutes, this is made clearer later on in the movie.
  • Marty is seen in his underwear in 1955 Lorraine's room. Only lasts about 4 seconds. Shirt is on though.
  • Lorraine gets constantly harassed by Biff. Nothing too serious happens, though.
  • There is an assault scene which although contains no nudity, is very disturbing. Thankfully it is stopped before anything too bad happens.
  • Lorraine's dress for the dance is very immodestly low cut, revealing a significant amount of cleavage. Marty is noticeably shocked as this is his mother, although she doesn't realize it.
  • Biff Tannen sexually assaults Lorraine. She is heard screaming for help.
  • Biff attempts to rape Lorraine in a car, he digs around in her exposed petticoat but no nudity is shown. It can easily be misinterpreted as wresting or a beating by younger viewers as what happens is not explicitly stated.
