Peep Show

Slightly Safe — only brief or implied scenes

Sex & Nudity Content

Visual content only. References, dialogue, and jokes don't count.

  • The series contains frequent crude sexual references, suggestive dialogue, and discussions of intercourse, oral sex, anal sex, masturbation, and other sexual topics.
  • There are only a small number of actual sex scenes across the nine seasons, and they are generally brief and not graphic.
  • Several scenes imply sex through characters being offscreen, under covers, or through the show's point-of-view filming style.
  • Some scenes include thrusting and moaning, but explicit nudity is limited.
  • Characters are occasionally implied to masturbate. Because of the POV filming, this is sometimes represented mainly by a moving arm.
  • A character has sex with his best friend's sister, with thrusting shown from the POV perspective.
  • An orgy is depicted mostly offscreen, with only the beginning and aftermath shown.
  • A threesome is heavily implied.
  • Two characters are implied to have sex in a toilet offscreen.
  • A character buys a dildo but never uses it.
  • A nude poster appears in the background, although it is blurred.
  • A woman is shown dry humping a man until he ejaculates. The aftermath shows semen soaking through his clothing.
  • A woman begins choking her partner during sex. He asks her to stop, and she immediately apologises.
  • One sexual encounter involves a woman making disturbing comments about cutting off people's penises.
  • A character lies about having a hereditary illness to obtain a hand job.
  • One character is raped. The assault is not particularly graphic but is presented as a dark and disturbing event.
  • A girlfriend's interest in bizarre and kinky sexual scenarios, including pretending to participate in incest, is a recurring plot point.
