Our team actually watches the TV shows and movies, reads reviews, and goes through viewer comments. Your feedback helps us amend, fix, and add ratings over time. We rate every TV show and movie one of three ways: SAFE (zero visual nudity or sex), SLIGHTLY SAFE (only brief flashes or implied scenes — nothing extended or graphic), or UNSAFE (clear or extended visual nudity / sex).

If a TV show or movie only contains brief flashes of nudity (a second or two), partial / distant exposure, or implied sex with no body parts shown (under sheets, fades to black), we mark it SLIGHTLY SAFE rather than UNSAFE — so you know there's something, but it's not extended or graphic. Titles with clear, extended, or repeated visual nudity / sex stay UNSAFE.
